Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, meeting all state requirements for a preschool lead teacher, with prior experience as an infant teacher being essential. Preferred qualifications include a child development associate (Cda) or a degree in early childhood/Child development, along with strong classroom management skills.
