Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a bcba using evidence-Based techniques. Responsibilities include teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while actively working to reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience and compassion while being able to work effectively in a team. Minimum requirements include being 18 years or older, possessing a high school diploma or ged, and the ability to pass a background check and meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.
