Talent Development Specialist/Career Planner

The specialist provides case management services for clients in career development, job training, and placement activities, developing service plans to eliminate barriers to meaningful employment. Duties include assessing client needs, administering vocational tests, delivering workshops, and maintaining required documentation and reporting.

A bachelor's degree in a related field such as social work, counseling, or hr is strongly preferred, along with proven ability to serve disadvantaged individuals effectively. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and computer skills for communication, reporting, and data input tasks.
