Physical Therapist - Outpatient

The physical therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, designing personalized, evidence-Based treatment plans. Responsibilities also include efficiently managing patient documentation and workflow within the emr system.

Candidates must be a graduate of a capte-Accredited pt program and possess current or pending state licensure along with bls certification. Strong interpersonal skills, a team-Oriented mindset, and the ability to manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients per day are required.
