Summer Work Experience Job Coach

The primary responsibility is to support summer work experience (Swe) interns in successfully completing their employment internships at host sites by providing necessary supports like verbal prompts, task breakdown, and accommodation brainstorming. This role also requires building rapport with interns, site management, and teaching skills necessary to meet performance expectations.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups. Required pre-Hire steps include a medical exam, tb assessment, and a background screening with fingerprinting.
