The Swim Instructor will be responsible for teaching fun, gentle, and progressive swim lessons to children and adults following the British Swim School program standards. This includes interacting with swimmers, parents, and guardians while maintaining required certifications and working a flexible schedule.
Candidates must possess an enthusiastic personality and be comfortable in and around the water, with a strong love for working with children. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and while strong swimming skills are a plus, all necessary aquatics-specific training will be provided.

Reports directly to and supports the Aquatics Manager and Business Owners. Instructs swimming lessons in accordance with British Swim School training and program standards, maintaining certifications throughout employment. Work a flexible schedule on weekdays and weekends as required by business needs. Work in an environment where noise levels are usually moderate to high and be in the water for the duration of the shift.
High school diploma, equivalent, or in the process of completion. Enthusiastic personality. Comfortable in and around the water. Strong swimming skills are a plus but can be taught and developed! Must complete all required British Swim School Aquatics-specific training and testing. Must love working with children.
Experience working with children. Swimming experience: 1-2 years preferred but not required. Customer service skills: 1 year preferred Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s) preferred but not required About Us: Here at British Swim School, we are more than just a fun, surface-level swim lesson provider.
