Overnight Monitor - Amistad

The monitor is responsible for directing and safely supervising students 24 hours a day, which includes monitoring daily activities, conducting bed checks, and intervening in altercations. This role also requires serving as a positive role model, reporting incidents, and assisting with facility upkeep.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age, along with current first aid and cpr certifications. Essential qualifications include strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational skills, and an understanding of the effects of incarceration on diverse populations.
