Foster Care Case Manager- Eastern Region

As a foster care case manager, you will provide essential case management services to children in the foster and adoptive care system, focusing on establishing permanency for these children. You will conduct assessments, advocate in court, and coordinate necessary services to support children and families.

A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in family and children services. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are also necessary for fulfilling case management duties.
