Chandler Early Learning Center (CELC) Lead Teacher

The lead teacher provides developmentally appropriate care and education for infants and toddlers, leading classroom teaching and collaborating with families. They ensure a safe environment and uphold licensing requirements while implementing individualized curriculum and maintaining communication with families.

Candidates must have an associate degree in early childhood education or equivalent experience working with infants and toddlers. They should demonstrate the ability to lead a classroom team and communicate effectively with families and specialists.
