Full-time Physical Therapist

The physical therapist will screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for residents, ensuring their functional abilities are assessed regularly. They will also supervise treatment implementation and provide discharge planning to maximize patient independence.

Candidates must have a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program and an active state license. Excellent organizational, communication skills, and the ability to supervise physical therapy assistants are also required.
