Direct Support Professional - DSP

The direct support professional will work directly with individuals aged 3-21 with special needs, implementing behavior plans developed by the clinical supervisor. Responsibilities also include teaching, role-Modeling, implementing treatment strategies, and collecting daily data.

Candidates must be at least 19 (Hbts/Aba) or 18 (Pass) with a high school diploma or equivalent, and must pass various clearances including driving record checks. A minimum of one year of supervised experience with children or an associate’s degree in a related human services field is required, though training is offered for the right candidate.
