Develop and teach assigned courses in either an in-Person or online format. Establish and promote an effective learning environment that maximizes student learning.

A master's degree in the field of study or a master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline is required. A phd or terminal degree in the field of study is preferred, along with teaching experience at the college level.
