Child Care Twos Lead Teacher - Santa Monica - Water Garden

The lead teacher will guide a teaching team to create classroom plans, goals, and lead hands-On activities tailored to the needs and interests of the children. Responsibilities also include maintaining open communication with parents regarding milestones and ensuring a safe and clean classroom environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess 12 to 18 months of professional teaching experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings. Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice is required, while a cda, associate, or bachelor's degree in early education is preferred.
