Physical Therapist Early Intervention Evaluator

The physical therapist will utilize doh approved, age-Appropriate testing tools to evaluate infants and toddlers referred to the early intervention program. Essential duties also include providing required written reports and collaborating with other evaluators during the multi-Disciplinary evaluation process.

Candidates must possess a master's or doctorate degree in physical therapy and hold a valid new york state license in physical therapy. Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills are mandatory, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with the clinical team.
