Job description

  • Thrive By 5 is a pediatric therapy agency providing services to children birth-5 years old.
  • We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide Early Intervention and CPSE evaluations throughout Onondaga County.

  • Essential duties and responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities are not limited to the following: Perform evaluatons utilizing DOH approved, age appropriate, testing tools to evaluate infants/toddlers who have been referred to the Early Intervention program for intial and supplemental evals and CPSE re-evals.
  • Test kits provided by agency.
  • Provide a written report and other documentation required within county deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other evaluators to support the multi-disciplinary evaluation process

Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology NYS License in Speech-Language Pathology required Must demonstrate excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers Our mission is to provide the best possible services to children in their natural environments.
