Sport Coordinator Soccer

The sports coordinator is responsible for enforcing rules while cultivating a positive culture, acting as an on-Field coach, and advocating for the programs, directly impacting players, coaches, and spectators every game day. Duties include enforcing rules, leading practice sessions on fundamentals, teaching core concepts like sportsmanship, officiating games, and assisting with field setup and breakdown.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and sport-Specific coaching knowledge, demonstrating a highly motivated self-Starter attitude capable of working independently. Applicants must be at least 15 years old, able to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings for the season duration, and must pass a national criminal background check.
