Registered Behavior Technician, willing to train

Behavior technicians are responsible for implementing behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collecting data to monitor treatment progress. They also support the bcba by training families on plan implementation and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.

Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and in a team, and strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and parents. A minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, and access to reliable transportation is necessary, although rbt certification is required.
