Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor progress. Responsibilities also include supporting the bcba by training families on treatment plan implementation and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a passion for working with children, along with a strong, reliable work ethic suitable for a fast-Paced environment. Prior experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred, and reliable personal transportation is required.
