Part-Time youth care worker

Youth care workers are responsible for providing safety and continuous in-Person supervision for youth at a secure residential facility, addressing their physical, personal, and health needs through individual counseling and skill development. They must also monitor and document behaviors, participate in recreational activities, and collaborate with professional staff to meet treatment plan goals.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years old to be considered for this role. Applicants must also successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical examination, tb test, and a search of the child abuse central registry.
