Therapist (LPC, LMFT or LCSW)

Therapists are responsible for providing individualized group, family, and individual therapy sessions while maintaining a safe and accepting therapeutic culture for children and adolescents. This includes collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to meet therapeutic needs and accurately completing all required documentation and case notes.

Applicants must possess a master's degree in a qualifying social services field and be fully licensed in texas as an lpc, lmft, or lcsw, while also being eligible for medicaid billing. Preferred qualifications include a strong clinical background in trauma-Based approaches, residential treatment experience, and skills in play therapy or equine assisted therapy.
