Overnight Direct Care for Children

Staff are responsible for providing overnight direct supervision and support to children aged 5-17, assisting with their nighttime needs, household chores, and morning routines. This includes maintaining a safe, stable, and home-Like environment while supporting children healing from trauma.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged equivalent, along with an active driver's license. Successful candidates must pass criminal background checks, a drug screening, and a tuberculosis test, demonstrating skills in crisis intervention and cultural awareness.
