COACH COUNSELOR- Bilingual

Youth care workers are responsible for providing safety and continuous in-Person supervision for youth in a secure residential setting, addressing their physical, personal, and health needs through individual counseling and skill building. They must also monitor and document behaviors, assist with activities, and collaborate with staff to meet treatment plan goals.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years old to be considered for this role. Applicants must also successfully pass background checks, drug testing, a physical examination, and a search of the child abuse central registry.
