Behavioral Technician

The role involves providing one-On-One, center-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to young children (18 months to 10 years old) under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include implementing prescribed treatment plans, accurately collecting behavioral data, and supporting the development of communication and social skills.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have reliable transportation to the clinic, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Applicants who are not already certified must be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 60 days.
