Core responsibilities
The lead toddler teacher will be responsible for leading and managing a 2-Year-Old classroom in a safe and nurturing environment while implementing age-Appropriate activities aligned with the l.e.a.p. Curriculum. This role also involves guiding daily routines, supervising assistant teachers, and maintaining regular communication with families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with a preference for at least one year of classroom experience with young children and prior experience leading a classroom. Applicants must also meet all new jersey childcare licensing and background requirements, including knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
