Talent Development Specialist-Vernon, TX

This role involves managing a caseload of participants, providing counseling and mentoring, assessing their needs, and developing individualized employment plans to achieve self-Sufficiency. The specialist will track progress, ensure accountability, maintain accurate records, and facilitate access to necessary training and employment services.

Candidates must possess at least an associate's degree or equivalent work experience, along with excellent verbal and written communication and demonstrated customer service skills. One to three years of experience in workforce development or related programs is preferred, along with familiarity with local community needs and resources.
