Behavior Specialist - SAS Middle School (26-27 Academic Year)

The behavior specialist will be responsible for consistently implementing the student code of conduct, training stakeholders, and analyzing behavior data to identify trends and implement corrective action plans. This role also involves identifying students needing support and developing positive relationships with students and parents while collaborating on rti processes.

A bachelor's degree is required for this position, along with obtaining fingerprint clearance through the nys department of education. Experience working with diverse student populations or in an urban setting is considered a plus.
