Direct Support Professional IS Full/Part Time

The individual supports professional implements individual service plan objectives and behavior plans, provides training in personal care, and ensures the safety and well-Being of individuals with developmental disabilities or other challenges. This role involves direct interaction, transportation, and facilitating the development of independent living and social skills.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though an associate's degree or further education in related fields like psychology or social work is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid massachusetts driver's license and be willing and able to provide hands-On personal care.
