Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a bcba, working one-On-One with children to teach essential skills like communication and social interaction. This role also involves reducing interfering behaviors using evidence-Based techniques while ensuring the physical safety and engagement of the client.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience and compassion while being able to work effectively in a team setting. Essential requirements include being 18 or older, possessing a high school diploma or ged, and meeting physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and various physical movements, with rbt certification required within 45 days.
