The board certified assistant behavior analyst will provide expert supervision and guidance to aba technicians while training staff and parents on individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include developing tailored skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans based on aba principles.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold current bcaba certification from the bacb and possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-Solving, and time management skills. Experience managing clinical staff and mentoring supervisory clinicians is also required.
