Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience and compassion while being able to work effectively in a team. Essential requirements include being 18+, having a high school diploma or ged, and the ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications like cpr and first aid.
