Family Support Worker

The family support worker builds trusting partnerships with families, supporting them in leveraging their strengths to achieve self-Sufficiency, improve quality of life, and enhance parenting skills for school readiness. This role involves assisting families in identifying and reaching personal goals through collaboration with internal teams and community partners, while documenting all services provided.

Candidates must meet age, medical, and moral character requirements defined by florida statutes and successfully complete mandatory level 2 fingerprint-Based background screening. Within eighteen months of hire, the employee must obtain at least a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field.
