Infant Toddler Teacher Any Level

The infant toddler teacher trainee works with an experienced teacher to provide developmentally appropriate activities in a quality early childhood program, focusing on creating a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities include learning to support the social-Emotional climate, using the highscope curriculum for planning and interaction, and observing/Assessing children's development.

Level 1 requires a high school diploma or ged plus documentation of passing all dcf child care training competency exams. Level 2 requires one of several credentials like fccpc, infant toddler national cda, ecpc, ccac, necc verification, or 9 college credits in early childhood education plus three months of experience.
