Teacher Aide/Assistant (Early Childhood Education)

The teacher aide assists the lead teacher and associate teacher in planning, implementing, and coordinating a comprehensive, developmentally appropriate education program for children aged 0 to 5. Key duties include fostering positive relationships, maintaining a safe classroom environment, and supporting the implementation of individualized educational plans.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with an active child development associate (Cda) credential or a willingness to obtain one. Two years of early childhood experience in a group setting is preferred, and candidates must pass a compliance-Meeting background check.
