Substitute Teacher (8-40 hours per week)

The substitute teacher provides educational, social, and emotional development for students by following program standards during the regular teacher's absence, ensuring learning requirements are met and individual student needs are addressed. Responsibilities include maintaining efficient classroom management, ensuring child and equipment safety, and communicating politely and confidentially with parents and staff.

A minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree in education (Early childhood preferred) being advantageous. Candidates should ideally have two years of early childhood experience in a group setting and must be able to pass a compliance-Meeting background check.
