Behavior Technician

As a behavior technician in the aba program, the role involves assisting licensed bcbas with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions for children with autism. This includes supporting clinicians and helping patients and families learn new skills through effective therapy techniques.

Candidates should ideally have one year of experience in a therapy facility or be enrolled in a therapy curriculum program, with applied behavior analysis technician experience preferred. Certification as a registered behavior technician (Rbt) is required or the willingness to obtain it through provided training and supervision.
