Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data on client behaviors and progress. Responsibilities also include engaging clients in therapeutic activities and communicating progress updates to families.

Candidates must possess active rbt certification or have completed the 40-Hour training course, along with a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with children or individuals with special needs. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check and obtain cpr certification before starting.
