Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a bcba, collect data on client behaviors, and engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development. This role also involves communicating progress to families and participating in team meetings and training sessions.

Candidates must possess active rbt certification or have completed the 40-Hour rbt training course, along with a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with children or individuals with special needs. Applicants must also be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain cpr certification before starting.
