Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will participate in and complete the 40-Hour rbt training program to develop skills in behavior analysis, shadow experienced staff, and collect and record electronic data on client progress. Responsibilities also include engaging clients in therapeutic activities and communicating daily progress with families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, a passion for working with children with special needs, and the willingness to complete the required rbt training program and attain certification. Applicants must also be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain cpr certification before starting.
