Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a bcba, collect data on client progress, and engage clients in therapeutic activities. They will also communicate with families regarding their child's progress and adhere to ethical guidelines in behavior analysis.

Candidates must possess active rbt certification or the 40-Hour training certificate, or relevant experience, along with a high school diploma or ged. A minimum of one year of experience working with children with special needs is required, along with the ability to pass a background check and obtain cpr certification.
