Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Hybrid

Behavior specialists use play and evidence-Based strategies to help children build essential communication, social, and life skills across various settings like homes, centers, or the community. Responsibilities include following personalized clinical plans while actively celebrating small achievements that contribute to significant client growth.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate flexible availability, particularly during weekday afternoons/Evenings and saturdays, along with reliable transportation. Applicants must also be willing to complete required training and documentation while maintaining the physical capacity to keep pace with clients.
