Lead Preschool Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans one week in advance using current curriculum guides, covering all areas of child development according to the classroom schedule. They must also establish rapport with families, ensure the safety and well-Being of each child, maintain an organized classroom, and manage child assessments and portfolios.

Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma and pass all background checks, along with either an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a degree with at least 12 early childhood education credits. The role requires the physical ability to work around small children, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
