Special Education Teacher

The special education teacher will design and implement individualized instruction aligned with each student’s individualized education program (Iep), ensuring compliance with idea and vdoe regulations. Responsibilities also include collaborating daily with clinical staff and families, managing iep documentation, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in special education or a related field, along with a valid virginia teaching license endorsed in special education. Candidates must possess knowledge of idea, iep development, compliance, and experience implementing differentiated instruction and data-Driven practices.
