School Occupational Therapist (OT)

The occupational therapist evaluates, treats, and supports students with sensory, motor, regulation, and functional participation needs through direct intervention and consultation. Key duties include developing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy services, supporting sensory integration across environments, and building functional independence skills.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program and hold active or eligible virginia licensure as an occupational therapist. Required qualifications also include strong clinical skills in sensory, motor, and regulation support, demonstrated collaboration abilities, professionalism, and commitment to student-Centered practice.
