Education Specialist (Residential)

The education specialist supports designated children and youth one-On-One to connect them with quality schools, programs, and resources aligned with their goals, while providing ongoing social and emotional support. Duties include registering new intakes, maintaining school connections, providing educational advocacy, and collaborating with various teams to ensure student success and well-Being.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and extensive experience working with youth, with preference given to experience in education and foster care. Essential requirements include excellent communication, strong empathy, the ability to work with diverse and challenging populations, strong time management skills, and a valid nys driver's license.
