RBT (Mo: 4-6, We & Fr: 3:30-6, Sa: 9-12) 7 y/o GIRL

The role involves working one-On-One with children in their homes to help them build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence using play-Based aba techniques designed by a bcba. Responsibilities include following treatment plans, tracking progress via a data system, collaborating with supervisors, and providing feedback to families.

Candidates must have experience working with children in settings like sped para, 1:1 aide, or after-School programs, and must have afternoon/Evening availability, with weekends being a plus. Reliable transportation is also required, and prior aba experience is considered a plus.
