RBT (Mo: 4-7, Tu,Fr: 4-8, We: 5-8, Th: 4-6, Su: 3-7)

The role involves working one-On-One with children in their homes to facilitate learning and growth using play-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) techniques as outlined in treatment plans. Responsibilities also include tracking session progress using a data system and providing feedback to families.

Candidates must have experience working with children in settings such as a special education para, 1:1 aide, or after-School programs, with prior aba experience being a plus. Essential requirements include afternoon/Evening availability, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
