RBT (Mon-Thu: 4-7, Fri: 1-6, Sat: 9-3) 11 y/o GIRL

The role involves providing one-On-One, play-Based aba therapy to a child with autism in their home, focusing on building daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence. Responsibilities also include following treatment plans, tracking session progress using a mobile device, and communicating feedback to the supervising bcba and family.

Candidates must have experience working with children in roles such as sped para, 1:1 aide, or caregiving, and must have afternoon/Evening availability, with weekends being a plus. Aba experience is considered a benefit, and reliable transportation along with passing a background check are mandatory requirements.
