The behavior technician implements 1

1 instructional and behavioral intervention programs based on the aba treatment plan developed by a program manager for assigned clients. This role involves participating in required training, observing and recording client progress, and accurately completing daily documentation for billing purposes.

Candidates must be able to implement aba programs, participate in training covering aba principles and data collection, and maintain professional relationships while respecting client confidentiality. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and the ability to work well independently and cooperatively as part of a therapy team is necessary.
