Home Health RN Preceptor

The registered nurse preceptor is responsible for mentoring, orienting, educating, and training assigned personnel while evaluating their clinical competency to ensure quality care standards are met. This role also involves overseeing home health services, performing comprehensive client care, case management, and collaborating on goal-Centered care plans.

Candidates must be a currently licensed registered nurse in minnesota with no restrictions on their license, and must have at least two years of experience in a healthcare facility or home care field. Applicants also need access to a dependable automobile, a valid driver's license, and must pass required background studies and screenings.
