Home Health RN Preceptor

The registered nurse preceptor is responsible for mentoring, orienting, educating, and training assigned personnel while evaluating their clinical competency to ensure quality standards of care are met. This role also involves overseeing home health services, performing comprehensive client care, case management, and collaborating on goal-Centered care plans.

Candidates must possess a current, unrestricted registered nurse license in minnesota, access to a dependable automobile, and valid driver's license/Insurance. A minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare facility or home care field is required, along with the ability to pass required background studies and screenings.
